Thank you for your order and payment! Your transaction has been completed and a receipt for your purchase was emailed to you by PayPal (the online credit/debit processor). The transaction ID will be on your receipt and a link for you to check on your payment.
We do not send a second confirmation of payment, but we will send you a shipping acknowledgement.
As soon as your tool arrives, check for uneven gaps that indicate shipping damage. We will exchange any damaged items for free. Give us a call for instructions.
We will use the email you supplied at purchase to send you a shipping tracking number. This will serve as your notice that the package has shipped. If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Nut Wizard Tools or seeds ship Monday through Friday or Saturday September through December; then Monday, Wednesday, and Friday January through August.
Indiana shipments usually arrive within one or two days of shipping and most often travel by United States Priority Mail.
Shipments for states surrounding Indiana usually arrive in 2 or 3 days and most often travel by United States Priority Mail.
Shipments for states outside of Indiana and the states surrounding Indiana usually arrive in 3 to 5 days and most often travel by United States Priority Mail.
States farther west than Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, or Louisiana usually arrive within 4 to 7 days and could travel by United Parcel Service or the United States Priority Mail.
States faster east than Pennsylvania usually arrive in 3 to 5 days and could travel by United Parcel Service or the United States Priority Mail.
Please call us at 1-888-321-9445 if you received a damaged Nut Wizard. We will replace it and give you a shipping ticket to mail the damaged basket back.
If the tool doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.

In October of 2016 we are placing ads on Facebook. If you clicked on an advertisement for Nut Wizard or Seeds and Such, Inc. Facebook may tell us the statistics for how many people who clicked on the ad purchased from our website. Facebook will only know that this page was displayed to you. They will not know anything about your purchase.
