Thank you for placing an order for the Nut Wizard, Bag-A-Nut tool or other products from Seeds and Such, Inc. Nut Wizard and Nut Meat orders are shipped Monday thru Friday most often by UPS Ground, less often by USPS Priority Mail. Bag-A-Nut orders are shipped Monday thru Thursday from a factory in Florida. Most orders are shipped the next weekday after we receive the order with payment. A separate confirmation will not be sent. If you paid by PayPal, PayPal will send you a confirmation of your payment. There will not be an email from us. If you need the tracking number please email us at nutwizard@hpcisp.com. If you need to return your shipment for some reason, please call for us to send you a return label. After you receive the return label, repack the tool in the same box you received it in, attach the label and drop it off at a UPS shipper. Please clean your tool before returning it or there will be a service fee deducted from your refund. You can expect your refund by check in 4 to 6 weeks after we receive the tool back.
